[GCC-XML]Question about generated xml files

It seems to me that it should be an " between _1152 and <Unimplemented ...,
but on the other hand there is an '/>' a few lines later that doesn't
matches anything except for the element with id = 1; so I'm confused about
what structure the xml should have.
If you wish, I could send you the gzip'ed file (105k).
