[GCC-XML]gccxml and Visual Studio Toolkit 2003

Hello!

I would like to know what is the best way to make gccxml work with the
recently released Microsoft Visual Studio Toolkit 2003? The problem that I
have is that gccxml automatically selects msvc6 (which is installed on my
machine). Manually setting GCCXML_COMPILER to msvc7 in gccxml_config doesn't
work, as the Toolkit doesn't install anything in the registry.
