[GCC-XML] How to specify include path

(1)     How do I use man to view the gccxml.man page?

(2)     How do I specify a path name on which to search for additional
header files? I'm not getting any XML output - this is probably due to the
fact the files specified in the C++ include statements are not in the same
directory. I tried -I but that did not help.
