[GCC-XML] How about build a new release of gccxml?

Hello, brad,

     Can you build a new release of gccxml? Using the current CVS version.
     Because the current CVS version has some features that lacks in gccxml 0.6.0:
     1.  Detecting  "mutable" member variable.
     2.  Detecting  can detect virtual inheritance.
