[GCC-XML] sorry, unimplemented: call_expr cannot be mangled due to a defect in the C++ ABI

Hi again,

I found what was causing the problem. The problem occurs, as far as I
can tell, when one includes the headers for both boost::signal and
boost::python at the same time.
