[GCC-XML] adding support to ptrmem_cst

Hi.  I found bug.

The message I get is:
    "xml_find_template_parm encountered unsupported type ptrmem_cst".

The code I am running GCCXML on is pretty big, so I don't have any idea
how to create small reproducible test case.

I can send preprocessed version, will it help?
( I should add -E option to the command line, right? )
