[GCC-XML] Error using msvc6

Okay, I was distracted by the use of MFC headers in the example.  The
error is actually in code that is supposed to be patched.  Please try
the latest version of GCC-XML from CVS HEAD (which is version 0.9).  The
0.7 version is no longer maintained.
