Okay, I found the problem.  I have no idea how this was working
everywhere for me.  Here is the fix:

/cvsroot/GCC_XML/gccxml/GCC/gcc/CMakeLists.txt,v  <--  CMakeLists.txt
new revision: 1.16; previous revision: 1.15
