[GCC-XML] Relative paths in GCCXML

Well, if it works for you that means it must be something I've got
configured incorrectly.  I can work with a few of the guys here and try and
figure out what's interferring with what I'm trying to do.  No need to
bother you guys anymore with my coding problems =)
