[GCC-XML] MSVC 9.0 Support

I just tried it on Visual Studio 2008, Express Edition and it doesn't work.

I was able to build gccxml.exe but for some reason, after the build
the installation directory was empty.

If you need build logs or any other information/files from the build I
can provide.

I used cmake 2.4.8 and selected "Visual Studio 9 2008" as a target build system.
