[GCC-XML] win32 binaries

Hey all,

I wanted to thank you for gccxml, and note that back on 08/12/2008, I
was able to build win32 binaries from the instructions ok.

I've been getting some hits on my weblog at
http://skull.piratehaven.org/~epu/2008/08/dork-olympics.html, and
thought it might be worth contributing the installer or moving it to the
main page somewhere?
