[GCC-XML] GCCXML 0.9.0 with MSVC8 question

I checked out and have built gccxml from source using VS2005/MSVC8
without problem.

Now I am attempting to process a .h file, and am getting an error I
don't understand, namely "The parameter is incorrect". I suspect I have
screwed something up in the configuration.
