[GCC-XML] patch cableswig to use system expat

Hi,

Please point me to the right place for cableswig discussions, if this
is not it.

In light of CVE-2009-3560 and CVE-2009-3720 for expat; c.f. [1], I'm
wondering whether I can simply patch cableswig to use the system
libexpat.  Has the Cable version of Expat been modified in any way to
make it incompatible with the system expat?
