[GCC-XML] small adaptation for gcc 4.5

Dear Brad,

in order to run gccxml with gcc 4.5.0 one would need to make a small adaptation for <iomanip> which is attached. Putting the file into the share/GCC/4.5 dir should do the trick.

On the long run, do you think it was feasible to take advantage of the gcc "plugin system" for gccxml, such one could use any gcc frontend parser and hook it up to the gccxml generator? Just an idea .....
