[GCC-XML]need help with Net 2003

First, make sure you are using the CVS version of GCC-XML.  The 0.4
release came out before .NET 2003 was released, and does not include
support for it.  Then, try passing the arguments

  --gccxml-compiler msvc71

to gccxml.  Also, please send me the output of "gccxml --print".
