[GCC-XML] Adding GCC 3.4, 4.0 to Running.html? And VC8.0?

GCC 3.4 and 4.0 are supported, as well as VC++ 8. The fact that they
are missing from the documentation is an oversight which I'll soon
correct. Thanks for pointing it out.
NOTE: The support for VC++ 8 has not been widely tested and I don't know
if it works at all with the free Express version. If you try it with
any of these please let me know how it goes.
