[GCC-XML] GCC-XML installer

On a related subject I added an experimental Slackware package to
www.linuxpackages.net (just search for gccxml).  Alternatively
get it from here:
http://www.biffer.talktalk.net/packages/11.0/
(although I might be changing ISP soon, so that link will disappear).

I have been meaning to make a pygccxml slackware package for some
time.  If just one other person on this list requests it I'll go and
do it.
