[GCC-XML] gcc-xml - Function Body information

Hi,

I need to get XML dumps , including function bodies , for C/C++ programs. I
have a few questions/requests regarding this

-- Thomas Kuhn , seems to have dome some work on this

can anyone throw some light on the current status of this initiative ?

-- is writing an extension to GCC_XML a good approach to do this ?

---- if yes , how should I go about doing it (some pointers on the functions
I need to look at, would be helpful) ?

---- otherwise , what other options can I look at ?
